The pose is just one from a great pack from Ana Poses, you can also get a breathing pack too. This is one of the static ones from the Athens set. Elsewhere, Cubic Cherry bought out an amazing neck tattoo at The Warehouse Sale. ( See a better veiw below). It is evo-x so will sit on your evo-x head perfect.
